You agree to pay GayLiveNetwork.com all charges, at the prices that are then in effect, for any use or purchase of the service or products by you or anyone using your online account. In accordance with your agreement to purchase, you authorize GayLive Network to charge your chosen Payment Vehicle and you agree to make payment using that selected method. GayLive Network reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time and without notice.
- Recurring Billing Agreement

Our subscription plans, consist of an initial period and price, for which there is a one time charge, followed by recurring charges as agreed upon by you. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your purchase has an initial payment and a recurring feature that you have accepted responsibility for prior to cancellation. Email confirmation will be sent on the initial purchase date, but in entering the recurring plan, you agree to the recurring charges. The recurring fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership enrollment and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we bill your payment method on the last day of such month.

You can easily cancel your subscription or recurring purchase anytime online 24 hours a day. To cancel your subscription, visit the Contact Us section, select Cancel My Subscription, and complete the form. Or contact Customer Service by pressing zero anytime while on the line to complete your request. There are no cancellation fees. For recurring purchases, you must cancel at least 15 days prior to the processing date of your next scheduled recurring charge. Once you have processed your online cancellation request and received your cancellation response, you will continue to have access to your plan for the remainder of the plan period for which you previously paid. At the end of this period, you will no longer have Paid Subscriber benefits; however, you may still access GayLiveNetwork.com using the same user name and password. For subscription cancellations, you must cancel within 1 hour of the purchase for a full refund. GayLive Network reserves the right to refuse any credit requests. As long as your account is in good standing, at any time, you may re-activate your account to a paid subscription.
- GayLive Network Initiated Cancellations

If, for any reason, your payment vehicle will not accept charges for the periodic
membership fee, you have a period of 3 days from the date that your payment vehicle
was declined to make your payment card information valid. You may rectify the issue
with the payment issuer or provide a new pay vehicle at GayLiveNetwork.com or contact
GayLive Network Customer Service by pressing zero anytime while on the line. If GayLive Network is able to
charge your payment vehicle within the 3 day period, online benefits will continue
uninterrupted. The date that we are able to process your payment becomes your new
periodic anniversary date and the payment vehicle will be used to charge the periodic
membership fee for each consecutive renewal period until your GayLive Network membership
is cancelled. If GayLive Network is unable to charge your pay vehicle, your paid
subscription will be cancelled. However, you may still access limited content to
GayLiveNetwork.com using the same username and password.
