Our subscription plans, consist of an initial period and price, for which there is a one time charge, followed by recurring charges as agreed upon by you. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your purchase has an initial payment and a recurring feature that you have accepted responsibility for prior to cancellation. Email confirmation will be sent on the initial purchase date, but in entering the recurring plan, you agree to the recurring charges. The recurring fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership enrollment and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we bill your payment method on the last day of such month.

You can easily cancel your subscription or recurring purchase anytime online 24 hours a day. For recurring purchases, you must cancel at least 15 days prior to the processing date of your next scheduled recurring charge. At the end of this period, you will no longer have Paid Subscriber benefits; however, you may still access GayLiveNetwork.com using the same user name and password. If, for any reason, your payment vehicle will not accept charges for the periodic membership fee, you have a period of 3 days from the date that your payment vehicle was declined to make your payment card information valid. You may rectify the issue with the payment issuer or provide a new pay vehicle at GayLiveNetwork.com or contact GayLive Network Customer Service by pressing zero anytime while on the line. If GayLive Network is able to charge your payment vehicle within the 3 day period, online benefits will continue uninterrupted.
